Born the son of legendary Larry “The Axe” Hennig, it was perhaps inevitable that Curt would want to follow in his father’s footsteps. But Mr. Perfect lived up to his moniker becoming one of the best in-ring technicians of his generation. A former AWA World Heavyweight Champion, he was also the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion of the 1990s. Loved by fans and friends alike, Mr. Perfect entertained in and out of the ring, earning him the honour of induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. This two-disc set relives his life and career, from his early start as a second-generation star through AWA, WWE, and WCW. Some of his greatest matches and vignettes are included. Who was this man? Here’s a hint… he was absolutely “perfect”.

"Mr. Perfect Curt Henning"
Should have a a Perfect dvd but no, it`s good but not quite perfect.
Document part is emotionally ups an downs from stort to the end. It`s very good and entertaining documentary (could have been longer thought)
As extras dvd has 14 Mr.Perfect vingnettes that are very entertaining.
Dvd set includes matches from `82 to `98. Agaist guys like: Terry Taylor, Nick Bockwinkel, Hulk Hogan, Texas Tornado, Shawn Michaels and Bret "Hitman" Hart
There are two matches above others. First is match that made Curt a star:

And second is ABSOLUTELY masterpice with Bret Hart:

I can`t believe that this is only 2 disc set. Where are matches from `94 to `02 (exception Hitman vs. Henning `98 UNCENSORED PPV)
I would have liked to have seen Curt matches at WCW and he`s return to WWE in 2002.
Those could easily filled third disc and give comprehensive picture at Curts career.
So with third disc and little longer documentary part this dvd could have been Perfect for a man who was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.

An Icon of Total Perfection, Curt Hennig portrayed his Mr Perfect character with absoloute perfection.
This DVD truly captures Curt as a human being away from the ring and compliments his wrestling career. Very easy to watch and I dare anyone with a heart not to connect with the story of his loss to his family and friends.
Though Curt is no longer with us, this DVD will truly serve as an amazing tribute to him.
True wrestling fans will remember him far more than just spitting out gum and swatting it away.
After watching this DVD everyone will relaise what he has said all along.....He's absoloutely PERFECT! :)
Selfish Note: As of today, nobody, and I mean nobody has ever done a leapfrog/bounce into the rope and end with a dropkick quite like Mr.Perfect.

Perfect from start to finish. Can make any opponent look like a world beater and gave so much to the fans, and opponents, in every match - as a heel and as a face. Great to see early matches in his AWA days before he became known as Mr Perfect.
