Absolutely AMAZING!!!
I literally can't stress just how good it actually is. The matches are uncut and brilliant, I've had this dvd for some time and have continued to just watch it over & over & over & over again. I'm still not bored of it. If you are a fan of the Undertaker, then this is the ultimate WWE dvd for you, it is fantastic.
It needed the Jeff Hardy vs Undertaker ladder match though but that is literally the only downfall. There isn't really a documentary as such but it does explain the Undertaker 's career and what he did in between matches and it also has all the promo's before each match begins.
WORTH EVERY PENNY! 10/10

I can summarise this review as follows: it's the best WWE produced superstar-specific DVD to date, still more than five years since it was produced. It's sublime, it's pretty much perfect. And I've not seen a single DVD touch it's quality yet.
Of course, it helps that I'm a big Undertaker fan. It also helps as this DVD is quite unlike other WWE superstar DVDs. They tend to be more 'documentary' and 'real life' than this, but this tracks 'Takers life as events are 'real' and remains 'in character' throughout. This works perfectly, as 'Taker isn't the kind of character you want to see behind the smoke and mirrors, if you catch my drift. The narrative is pitch perfect - explaining what the run up to the feuds that 'Taker enters into is. There's nothing pointless or filler here, unlike other 'Taker DVD narratives.
The match selection is as good as it gets. The Ground Zero match with Shawn is perfect, hands down. The Bret Hart matches both give 'Taker the ability to show he can wrestle technically, which is a site to behold. Matches like the Hell in a Cell bouts are important due to historical value, and I guess the first match with Hogan had to be put on here. As the DVD was produced, Undertaker had only recently reverted to his Deadman persona, so his Wrestlemania rematch with Kane had to be included as well, despite it not being a brilliant bout, for historical value.
There's not a lot on here that doesn't deserve to be. I've always hated the Lesnar Hell in a Cell, so I'd rather that was replaced, but many seem to like it, so... And I generally despise Vince McMahon bloodbath matches, which is what the Buried Alive match essentially is, so I could do without that too. But otherwise, every other match is perfection personified. Included as an extra is a Smackdown exclusive match 'Taker had with Kurt Angle, and to say it's the best match on that particular disk is no understatement. Really top stuff.
Yes, there are matches that aren't here that should be. But they crop up on Undertaker's 'Deadliest Matches' disk, which is another review for another time. Suffice it to say when you've got two decades of destruction under your belt, you've got a lot of matches to choose from. This selection is pretty much as good as it gets.
The extras round out the package to it's five star status. Interviews, promos, videos, you name it, it's here. They add a luster to the disk and really flesh it out. I love these snippets as 'Taker is as good on the mic' - at least during this time period - as he is in the ring. And the presentation is amazing - the tombstones in the background with Undertaker titantrons, and different musics playing depending on what era you have in the player. Totally, totally amazing.
There is really only one down side to the disk. It raises the bar so high as far as production goes, that rarely has it been since that any WWE DVD can match it. Anything else looks lazy by comparison. The real legacy of this DVD set is that it completely overshadows and outdoes the two following Undertaker DVD sets. That's the only drawback to this package.
If you visit this site, and you don't own it already, there's not much else to say beyond - GO! GET IT NOW!

This dvd sums the undertaker up beautifully, 3 discs of brilliant matches spanning nearly 15 years. The set released in 2005 complimented his 2004's return to the darksisde persona wonderfully, disc 1 opens up with going back to survivor series 1990 and seeing his debut and going over a few of the early encounters and the his first wrestlemania win , his feud with macho man and then coming to the first match of the dvd - taker vs hulk hogan its an ok match but nothing amazing the main significance of the match being this was takers first world wrestling federation championship win. We then jump to royal rumble 1994 casket match against yokozuna an average match made into a very good match with multiple run-ins (including a very green diesel) which sees the deadman fight off impossible odds. We then go onto wrestlemania 12 against diesel which is a very very good 1 on 1 bout after that we see 2 matches against mankind both very entertaining especially the buried alive match , its a shame we didn't get the boiler room brawl from summerslam 1996 on here though, the final match of the disc is taker vs bret hart from summerslam 1997 this a must watch, utterly brilliant!, they don't make em like this anymore. Disc 2 is perhaps the best of the set with 2 fantastic matches against shawn micheals including the very first hell in cell match from badd blood 1997 the fued with kane on here is great as it features both of the main fights they had in 1998 , which are the 1 on 1 match from wreslemania XIV and the initial inferno match (my fave ) we also dip into the heart of the attitude era against mankind ( hell in a cell king of the ring 1998 need I say anymore just watch it ) and the rock. Disc 3 kicks off with the rattlesnake going toe to toe with the phenom we then see the best matches from his american bad ass persona which ran from 2000-2003 the pick of that bunch for me has to be hell in a cell against brock lesnar which is a classic and fairly brutal match others bouts from that era includes a fight against john cena from 2003 another title win over hogan in 2002 and a great wrestlemania match from 2001 plus a triple threat against the rock and kurt angle oh and a pretty weak match against vince from survivor series 2003 but it is essential for the continuity of the dvd, the final match of the dvd is his return at wreslemania XX against kane.
Overall this is a must buy , not just for undertaker fans but all wrestling fans in general there's too much on here you can't afford not to have in your collection there's tons of extras and easter eggs and you will come back to it again and again
I give it. 4.5/5
This dvd is a must for any undertaker fan. With all of his greatest matches, First title win over hogan, First Hell in a cell with HBK, Inferno with his brother Kane.
Everything upto wrestlemania 20 when he colided with Kane which marked the return for Paul bearer & back to his original persona of the orginal deadman.
He is The Madonna of wrestling!

I own this DVD as i'm a massive undertaker fan.It has his best matches and i hope they make another DVD from 2003 onwards,it's absolute class.
Essential viewing for any Undertaker fans. There are some great matches to be seen, namely the awesome Hell in a Cell matches with Shawn Michaels and Brock Lesnar. The Shawn Michaels match is probably the best one to date, and illustrates both mens strengths. The legendary Hell in a Cell match with Mankind at the King of the Ring '98 is also included.
Other highlights include the SummerSlam tussle with Bret Hart and the Wrestlemania scrap with Triple H. There is also an awesome build up video to the Kane match at Wrestlemania XX to be found before you watch that match, which is actually rather disappointing in itself. Nonsense can be found in the Undertaker/Yokozuna match from the Royal Rumble.
Due to not being able to break character, it's slightly frustrating as you never hear from the Undertaker himself.
A future set covering 2004 to the present should include Undertaker v Shawn Michaels (WM 25 & 26), Undertaker v Edge for the title (Wrestlemania 24), Undertaker v Randy Orton (Armageddon 2005 & Wrestlemania 21), Undertaker v Booker T v Eddie Guerrero v JBL for the WWE Championship (Armageddon 2004), Undertaker v Kurt Angle for the strap (No Way Out 2006), Undertaker v Batista for the title (Wrestlemania 23 & Cyber Sunday 2007).
A great set for Undertaker fans and its easy to see why he is the most respected guy in the WWE lockeroom.
As i am a huge Undertaker fan, was always going to like this DVD.
There is no documentary just the stories leading up to the matches. WWE will probably release a documentary DVD in the near future.
Some of the best matches you will ever see are on this set:
Undertaker vs. Bret Hart - Summerslam 97 - 10/10
Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels - Badd Blood 97 - 10/10
Undertaker vs. Kane - Wrestlemania 14 - 1010
Undertaker vs. Kane - Unforgiven 98 - 10/10
Undertaker vs. Mankind - King of the Ring 98 - 10/10
Undertaker vs. Stone Cold - Fully Loaded 99 - 9/10
Undertaker vs. Triple H - Wrestlemania 17 - 10/10
Undertaker vs. Kane - Wrestlmania 20 - 8/10
and many more ...
This DVD shows what a great in ring performer the Deadman is and what he had done for over a decade.
Worth the buy for any wrestling fan (especially Undertaker fans). This man has so much more two come in his carear and has had since this DVD release.
I hope a new 3 disc set will come out soon !
Bought this DVD when it first came out years agoand its still one ofmy fave sets of all time. The Undertakers entire career is here on this set, starting with his debut at the 1990 Survivor Series and his WWE Championship victory a year later all the way to WrestlemaniaXX v. his brother Kane. Each match is introduced by an eerie voice adding to the mysique of the deadman. Every match is entertaining and its a must not just for any Undertaker fan but a must for ANY wrestling fan! Order Now i say!!
i own this dvd and i thought it would not have the best matchs on it but it does and chronicles all his best matches up until 2003. i think they should release another one 2003 onwards but this is a must have for any undertaker fan
This Is a very good DVD for Undertaker Fans, I myslef like him. but not a big fan. ITs a very entertaining DVD. even his older matches are good. The DVD had good stories but could of had a better story of the Undertaker and why he got into wrestling, etc. etc. But the matches are very well picked 8/10

Tombstone: The History of the Undertaker ... wow, where do I begin?
Well, firstly I would like to say, that I have been an Undertaker fan since I first saw him, in fact he was my favorite wrestler before I even watched wrestling.
I remember playing the SmackDown! vs. Raw games with my brother, and always playing as the Undertaker, then my brother showed me some real WWE wrestling, and I just loved it.
It is a wonderful collection of matches.
Especially where 'Taker is fighting HBK
Disc 1
Undertaker Vs. Hulk Hogan (WWE Championship) - The Undertaker wins his first WWE title after being in the organization for only a year! Guest appearance from "Nature Boy" Ric Flair.
Undertaker Vs. Yokozuna (RIP)(WWE Championship Casket Match) - This ends up being more of a gang mugging as several WWE stars help out Yoko! Still significant as it shows the fighting spirit of UT in a losing effort.
Undertaker Vs. Diesel - This was from WrestleMania 12 and one of Kevin Nash's better bouts!
Undertaker Vs. Mankind (Buried Alive Match) - Foley, as usual, takes a beating from UT! UT wins the match but ends up getting buried alive by Mankind, The Executioner (Terry Gordy in a mask/RIP) and several other heels!
Undertaker Vs. Mankind (WWE Championship Match) - Undertaker had just won his second WWE title a month earlier. Foley takes another beating including a head first dive into a table!
Undertaker Vs. Bret Hart (WWE Championship Match) - "HBK" Shawn Michaels is the special referee in this one as this was otherwise a classic bout! Guest appearances from Paul Bearer, Owen Hart (RIP) and Brian Pillman (RIP). The ending leads up to the brief but brutal Michales/Undertaker feud!
BONUS MATCH: Undertaker Vs. Bret Hart from One Night Only in England! Awesome bout! Perhaps better than their Summerslam encounter.
EXTRAS ON DISC 1
Undertaker attacks Hogan in the Funeral Parlor
Undertaker builds a casket for Yokozuna
Undertaker talks about Diesel in the graveyard
Undertaker talks about Mankind in the graveyard
Undertaker interrupts Mankind's interview
DISC 2
Undertaker Vs. Shawn Michaels (In Your House: Ground Zero) - This was the first bout and it is a wild affair with guest stars HHH and Chyna!
Undertaker Vs. Shawn Michaels (Hell In The Cell) - The first ever Hell In The Cell! Set the bar for future HITC bouts!
Undertaker Vs. Kane (WrestleMania 14) - This bout was the first ever meeting between these two and probably the best between these two!
Undertaker Vs. Kane (Inferno Match) - Not a great bout BUT does have an awesome dive by 'Taker over the fire onto Kane and Vader!
Undertaker Vs. Mankind (Hell In The Cell) - The worst beating of Mick Foley's life. People can talk about HHH ending Foley's career in this same type of match but, in my eyes, it was UT that shortened Foley's career as the beating he gave Mick was far worse than what HHH did to him!
Undertaker Vs. The Rock (WWE Championship Match) - Very entertaining in that The Rock is his usual defiant self against UT! Guest appearance from HHH in this one!
EXTRAS ON DISC 2
Undetaker interview right after SummerSlam '97 concerning Shawn Michaels
Undertaker talking to her parents' tombstones
Undertaker interview where Kane burns their parents' tombstones
Undertaker breaks into Paul Bearer's house and mauls him!
DISC 3
Undertaker Vs. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin (WWE Championship/First Blood Match) - Your basic brawl! Interference from HHH, The Rock, Shane McMahon and Vince McMahon.
Undertaker Vs. HHH (WrestleMania X-7) - Probably one of the best WM bouts ever!
Undertaker Vs. Hulk Hogan (WWE Championship Match) - This is a rematch 12 years later for the same championship!
Undertaker Vs. Brock Lesner (WWE Championship Match/Hell In The Cell) - One of the top 5 HITC bouts ever! Taker bleeds like a stuck pig! Not for the squemish!
Undertaker Vs. John Cena - Interesting to see John in heel mode here! Actually does a good job staying with 'Taker.
Undertaker Vs. Mr. McMahon (Buried Alive Match) - Not much of a bout but McMahon takes a HUGE A** WHIPPIN' HERE! 'Taker loses when Kane interferes.
Undertaker Vs. Kane (WrestleMania 20) - Nowhere near as good as their original encounter BUT the entrances make it worth viewing.
EXTRAS ON DISC 3
Undertaker talks about HHH
Undertaker promo on Hulk Hogan
Undertaker talks about Hell In The Cell
Undertaker in the graveyard promo on Mr. McMahon
BONUS MATCH: Undertaker Vs. Kurt Angle from Smackdown! in 2003
As much as I loved this box-set, I have a few complaints:
They left some great matches, such the Undertaker (Who was at the time in his American Bad ass persona) vs Rob Van Dam in 2001; this was a wonderful match, and definitely something that should have been on the DVD.
I also think the Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels casket match should have been included.
Apart from the bonus matches, the extras certainly left something to be desired:
Where are all the Ministry of Darkness segments?
Such as the black wedding between the Undertaker and Stephanie McMahon, or when the Undertaker hangs Stone Cold Steve Austin?
Apart from that it is overall a very good set, the match selection is great, wonderful even, and apart from a few faults, it is perfect.
I give this DVD a solid 4.5/5
i just watched this and it was amazing
wow, what a dvd, the matches on here r gr8, i recommend this to EVERYONE!

if you are an undertaker fan then after buying this you will not be dissapointed it has some of his greatest matches in the wwf/e and some of his best promos and moments it is a 3 disk action packed set you will love it 5 stars dont give it enough praise
quite literally a Phenom-enal dvd...highlighting some of the very best matches of the taker's career. great extras as well. a well-spent few pounds for this 3 disc set. shame that orton's match with taker at mania 21 wasnt included on it and of course since then he's had more classic bouts with the likes of batista and michaels but a must have!
Wonderful collection of match of the Deadman, the great history that explains the evolution of Taker ..... every fan of Taker must have.
Great colection for the Phenom of all time, for Mr. 16-0, for the one and only UNDERTAKER !!!
Disc 1:
Survivor Series 1991 vs. Hulk Hogan: Undertaker ruled that day.
Royal Rumble 1994 vs. Yokozuna: just cut the final moments with the urn and you have a great match.
WrestleMania XII 1996 vs. Diesel: ok good one but WM 9 with Gonzales was much better.
In Your House Buried Alive vs. Mankind: One of the best of all time.
In Your House Revenge of Taker vs. Mankind: good but a better match should be in this spot.
SummerSlam 1997 vs. Bret Hart: about 25 minutes of real action.
Disc 2:
In Your House Ground Zero & In Your House Badd Blood - Hell in a Cell Match vs. Shawn Michaels : as the Undertaker once said Shawn took him to the limit with these 2 matches.
WrestleMania XIV vs. Kane : a little bit boring but OK, there was a good story at the time.
Unforgiven 1998 - Inferno Match vs. Kane : I never really liked the inferno matches and this one too.
King of the Ring 1998 - Hell in a Cell Match vs. Mankind : What can any one say about this all time classic (Real) extreme match ! It's writen in gold letters in the history of pro wrestling!! 10/10
King of the Ring 1999 vs. The Rock : One on one with the Great One !!! 10/10
Disc 3:
Fully Loaded 1999 - First Blood Match vs. Stone Cold: every match with Stone Cold was great.
WrestleMania XVII vs. Triple H : as Bad Ass he ruled as well ! This one was 9-0.
Judgment Day 2002 vs. Hulk Hogan : after many years they both gave their best.
No Mercy 2002 - Hell in a Cell Match vs. Brock Lesnar : Bloody Hell on Earth !!! 10/10 !
Vengeance 2003 vs. John Cena I didn't like this one but ok.
Survivor Series 2003 - Buried Alive Match vs. Mr. McMahon: Sweet !!!
WrestleMania XX vs. Kane : Much better than the one of WM14.
Lots of interviews and promos in the extras.
A good one for any collection.
This 2004 release covers the career of 'The Phenom', 'The Deadman', 'The American Badass', the bonafide Legend that is The Undertaker. As far as Superstar DVD's go, this one is very good. Not excellent, but very, very good. There are some classic matches that have been omitted from this DVD set, whereas other decidedly average matches have been included ... for some reason. More details on this below. For now, here's my summary of the matches:
Disc 1 features the original Deadman personna that the Undertaker is so famous for, beginning with his 1991 Survivor Series title win over Hulk Hogan and his 1994 match against super tub Yokozuka. These matches are typical classic Undertaker, and by that I mean stoic ... or as JR would say: 'Methodical'. It's fascinating to see how 'Taker began with his character, but these matches are far from classics. Movingly swiftly on, 'Taker's Wrestlemania match against Diesel is an excellent 'big man' affair and his buried alive match against Mankind is top notch, the Revenge of the Taker match against Mankind is another great contest. The disc wraps up with the super-heated Summerslam 1997 match against Bret Hart, with THAT ever so famous finishing sequence.
Disc 2 is quite a mixture. The Ground Zero match vs. Shawn Michaels ia a letdown, whereas their following Hell In The Cell match is considered to be quite a classic (I agree), and is still better than any other Cell match that has followed it. The following contests vs. Kane are standard heavy guy contests, although the Inferno match is quite a spectacle. Next up is the classic (for all the wrong reasons) Hell In The Cell match vs. Mankind, which is nothing but a display of utter carnage and reckless stunts. Still, who's complaining? The last match on the DVD (vs. The Rock at King of the Ring 1999) is somewhat of a yawn fest, and doesn't wrap up the disc that well.
Disc 3 begins with another humdrum affair - the first blood match vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin at Fully Loaded 1999. The reason why the last few matches have bombed somewhat is due to the fact that 'Taker's body was quite worn out and riddled with injury at this time ... which takes us to the next match. A new, rejuvanated Undertaker takes on Triple H in an absolute BLINDER at Wrestlemania X-7. Judgment day 2002 is next up, and is quite possibly the worst match in the entire set. It's great to see 'Taker win the WWE title again, but this match is Hogan all over and stinks up the joint. We then move on to ANOTHER classic Hell In The Cell match vs. Brock Lesnar, which is a super bloody affair cram packed with drama and huge moves. The next match vs. John Cena is standard stuff, as is the following match vs. Vince McMahon. Finally, 'Taker's resurrection in the Deadman personna makes its appearance in the final match in the chronology vs. Kane. Again, standard stuff, but great fun to watch.
So, all in all, a very good DVD. Contains some stinkers, and the fact that Undertaker/Austin from Summerslam 1998, Undertaker/Mankind from Summerslam 1996, Undertaker/RVD from Vengeance 2000 and Undertaker/Austin from A Cold Day In Cell are not included is quite a travesty, when boring bouts like Undertaker/Austin from Fully Loaded and Undertaker/Rock from King of the Ring ARE present.
The best match on the entire set (in my opinion) is Undertaker/Angle, which is from a 2003 episode of Smackdown! It's an extra on the third disc that's well worth checking out.
Buy this DVD if you're a huge fan of the Undertaker. If not, you might want to give this one a lot of thought before you spend your ?21.99 on it.

This is a good collection of wrestling matches, Undertaker is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. The first disc is pretty average, the match against hulk hogan is a poor match, the matches against Mankind are entertainng, the match against Diesel is ok and the bret hart match is good. Disc 2 is slightly better, there are two hell in a cell matches, one against shawn michaels which is a great brawl and the famous 1998 match against mankind, which is always fun to watch, the other matches are also worth a watch, which include another shawn michaels match and the rock. Disc 3 in my opinion has the best matches, a first blood verses steve austin which is good, and the match against HHH is very good, the hell in a cell against brock lesner is enjoyable. This DVD hosts a bunch of excellent matches, and if your a fan of the undertaker you must own this, well worth the money, but not the greatest wrestling dvd out there.
i think this is an incredible DVD and must have for all wwe fans even if you don' like the undertaker!! there are some unbelieveable matches like taker vs michaels hell in a cell and taker vs mandkind also hell in a cell. BUY IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! This is a great WWE DVD its jam packed with some great matches including wwe's most memerable match of all time hell in a cell undertaker vs. mankind. Its great how in between each match it explains that time in his carrer, its got loads of great special featurs they have just realy tried to make a great DVD here its money, but its worth it.
*WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS*
This is your basic set up for how individual wrestler disc DVD's seem to be done these days. No documentary, just matches. But unlike most of the DVD's that are coming out now, The Undertaker does not talk about any of his matches, instead there is a voice over in between each match explaining how his career was going and how the next match came about. Sure, I was a little disappointed that he didn't actually appear on the DVD to talk, but I guess they were trying to stay in character and not have him talking about anything, as he had recently gone back to his Dead Man gimmick.
Disc 1
The Undertaker Vs Hulk Hogan - WWF Survivor Series 1991 - WWF Title
It marked the 1 year anniversary for The Undertaker in WWF, and he was already in the main event with one of the biggest names ever in professional wrestling, and for the title too!
The early part of the match is all Undertaker. He dominates Hogan, and begins to target the neck and throat of Hulk. Hogan gets some offence in, and tries to knock him down, which he doesn't appear to be able to do. Huge clothesline from Hogan knocks 'Taker over the ropes, but he lands on his feet, drags Hogan out, and begins to choke him out with some wire.
Back in the ring, The Undertaker is still in control and still going for the throat of Hogan. Just when Hogan thinks he is getting back in control, The Undertaker comes back with his running jumping closeline. This is followed by a Tombstone, and Hogan gets straight up from it!
Hogan is coming back now, and hits the dead man with clotheslines and punches, and manages to knock him down to a knee, then hits a huge slam. Before he can hit the leg drop, Paul Bearer grabs his leg, then Flair appears at ringside and Hogan takes him out. Boot to the face form Hogan, and again Bearer grabs his leg before he can drop the leg drop. The referee is busy with Bearer, and doesn't see Flair bring a chair into the ring, allowing 'Taker to tombstone Hogan on it.
A 3 count later, and we have a NEW WWF Champion!
It's not a great match, but it certainly is entertaining, and is a milestone in The Undertaker's career. How many people can say they beat Hulk Hogan for the WWF Title within a year of being in the company, and when Hogan was in his prime?
Rating: **
The Undertaker Vs Yokozuna - WWF Royal Rumble 1994 - Casket Match for the WWF Title
Match starts with The Undertaker trying to knock down Yoko, and a couple of clotheslines, followed by the flying clothesline does the trick. Yoko tries to get away on the outside, but 'Taker follows him. Back in the ring, we see "old school" or just "school" as I guess it should be called back then .
On the outside now, The Undertaker beats down Yoko with a chair. Yoko grabs a handful of salt from his salt bucket he brings to the ring with him, and throws it in the eyes of the dead man. The steel steps and a chair from Yoko but him in control, but The Undertaker refuses to stay down.
Back in the ring, Yoko tries to put 'Taker in the casket, but he refuses to stay in. Both men exchange big time punches, but a belly to belly takes 'Taker down, until he sits right back up, and Chokeslams the massive Yokozuna! Surprisingly, Yoko gets right back up, only to be taken down again with a running DDT, and now 'Taker signals for the casket to be opened.
Yoko is rolled into the casktet, but before the lid can be closed, Crish appears from behind and attacks The Undertaker. The Undertaker makes short work of Crush, until more men come down to the ring to beat up The Undertaker. They are also unsuccessful, so Bam Bam comes down to help, and Crush gets back in the ring too. We now have a 4 on 1 situation, but even with Yoko's help, they are unable to put The Undertaker in the casket!
The Undertaker gains the advantage on all 5 men, and even fights off Jeff Jarrett and Adam Bomb! Samu and Fatu now join in the fight, and The Undertaker is finally down. He gets beat up a little bit, but gets up again! Diesel now comes to the ring, and everyone manages to finally put The Undertaker in the casket, but he still refused to stay in! Yoko hits Paul Bearer and steals the earn to knock out The Undertaker. The earn falls to the floor and opens, releasing a coloured smoke, signifying the power of The Undertaker fading away. The Undertaker is down and out, as everyone in the ring hits a high impact move of him.
All 10 men now put The Undertaker in the casket, as Yoko wins the match.
Hugely entertaining match, with it taking 10 men to finally put The Undertaker in the casket. The actual match isn't that great though, as it is relatively short, and the majority of the match is 10 guys beating down The Undertaker. The part after the match with The Undertaker cutting a promo from inside the casket is amazing though.

The Undertaker Vs Diesel - WrestleMania XII
Some people don't like this match too much, but I really enjoy it. It is a great "big man" match IMO.
Diesel played the cocky heel really well, and it showed in this match, especially when he hit his Jackknife powerbomb on The Undertaker a few times without pinning him. Some people say it was stupid and made no sense for him not to make a cover, but I think it fit perfectly into Diesel's heel character. He was so cocky he believed he could take out The Undertaker any time he wanted, so powerbombing him so many times without making a cover was a way for him to prove that. Unfortunately for him though, The Undertaker was able to come back from all that and Tombstone Diesel for another WrestleMania win.
The match is probably thought of as very slow paced for the most part, but again, I think it fits perfectly with Diesel's heel character. He would punish The Undertaker with a couple of big moves, then just leave him on the ground and play to the crowd, then go back to work on The Undertaker again. It was basically him telling the fans that he is better than The Undertaker, and doesn't need to stay on top of The Undertaker to dominate the match.
At one point The Undertaker tries to make a comeback, and both men end up hitting each other with a big boot, which I thought was pretty cool looking lol.
I would just like to point out that The Undertaker took an extremely good looking powerbomb from Diesel. It's not often a big man can take such a move as good as that.
Overall, I think this is a very underrated Undertaker match. Both men put on a great performance, and although Diesel doesn't win the match, I feel that both men come out looking strong. If Diesel wasn't leaving for WCW, I would have loved to see him get the title again, as he was so much better as a heel.

The Undertaker Vs Mankind - WWF In Your House: Buried Alive - Buried Alive Match
One of my favourite feuds of all time, as all of the matches were just physically brutal. Both men went out every match and tried to kill each other, and this was another of those matches.
Some cool spots in this match, including 'Taker flying over the ropes to the outside, and 'Taker flying over the steel rail from the crowd back to the outside of the ring, landing on Mankind both times.
Foley takes some good bumps in this match too, although they don't look as "pretty" so to speak as what The Undertaker does. One that comes to mind is at the very start of the match when 'Taker kicks Mankind out of the ring, and Foley's head smashes against the steel rail. Another is the hip toss from the top of the grave site to the bottom, and he looks like he hits the dirt hill REALLY hard. Probably the worst bump he takes his when The Undertaker reverses a piledriver out on the floor, and he drives Mankind head first into the steel steps. How Mankind was not knocked out is beyond me, as it looked like he smashed his head right into the steel without protecting himself.
Like I said, when these 2 men meet in the ring they just try to kill each other, and that is what happens in this match. No scientific wrestling, just hard hitting brutal moves to try and soften up the other so they can be buried alive.
After trying to kill each other for quite a while, The Undertaker hits a Tombstone, and carries Mankind to the grave site. He then Chokeslams Mankind into the grave and begins to shovel the dirt over him, and gets the win. He continues to shovel the dirt, and attacks all the referees that try to stop him. Foley is almost completely covered, until a masked man hits The Undertaker with a shovel.
Now The Undertaker is getting buried alive, and becomes completely covered. Goldust, Triple H, Crush and Bradshaw all come out to help bury the dead man, and the grave quickly fills in.
Just as the heels think they have finally ended The Undertaker, a lightning bolt hits the gave, and The Undertaker's hand rises from the ground, showing that he is still alive! Awesome moment!
Great match, just a huge entertaining brutal brawl. Its a shame that a lot of people kind of forget about this match, as they tend to remember the HIAC match between these 2 instead of a match like this.

The Undertaker Vs Mankind - WWF In Your House: Revenge of the 'Taker - WWf Title
This match is another great match from these 2 men. They have a lot of brawling and hart hitting moves, but it also has a small bit of wrestling it in (not much though ).
Foley takes his usual risks, which are always cool to see, and The Undertaker shows off his great big man athleticism. One part where he does that is when he goes for "old school" and Mankind pulls his arm away, and The Undertaker decides to do a flying clothesline from that position instead.
The match goes back and forth, and Mankind eventually gains the advantage, as the heel usually does. Then, as The Undertaker makes his comeback, Mankind takes another sick bump, as he gets knocked form the apronn, and lands HEAD first through a table, and just lays there with his head stuck in the table.
The table bump marked the end of Mankind in this one, as he gets a chokeslam and a tombstone back in the ring, then pinned. After the match, The Undertaker burns Paul Bearer's face, which was something Mankind wanted to do to The Undertaker.
Great brawl and some good basic wrestling (very basic ). Nice spots, especially the table spot, and just good all round action. Another great Mankind/Taker match.

The Undertaker Vs Bret Hart - WWF Summerslam 1997 - WWF Title
Before the match officially starts, Bret Hart attacks The Undertaker with the title belt, but it doesn't do him any good, as The Undertaker pummels him in the corner, and then knocks him down and out of the ring.
The Undertaker dominates early on, and goes to work on the back of Bret Hart. The Undertaker seems to be playing Bret Hart's game, choosing a body part and working on it. Bret Hart soon gets in control and goes to work on The Undertaker's leg.
Bret continues to work on the leg, with a figure four in the middle of the ring, and a figure four using the ring post.
The Undertaker manages to get out of a leg hold, and then takes care of Owen and Pillman, who have appeared at ringside. Shawn (the guest ref) goes outside to make sure Owen and Pillman are gone, while The Undertaker chokeslams Bret, but Shawn is still outside while he goes for a cover. This give Bret time to recover, and goes right back to work on The Undertaker.
After working the legs for most of the match, Bret now goes after the lower back, which will help soften up 'Taker for the sharpshooter.
Bret finally goes for a sharpshooter, but as he is trying to turn him over, The Undertaker grabs him by the throat, and throws him into the corner. Bret escapes, but 'Taker grabs him again for a chokeslam, but Bret reverses, and The Undertaker goes down for a second before hitting some fast rights and lefts.
Big boot and a leg drop from 'Taker (that seems familiar...) only gets a 2 count (well, not that part...). Bret tries to get out of the ring, but The Undertaker chokeslams him from the outside of the ring back in. 'Taker is slow at getting a cover, and Bret is able to kick out.
"Old school" attempt is reversed into a top rope suplex (which The Undertaker botches . He slips off the ropes the first attempt, but they go for it again). Bret sees this as the perfect time for the sharpshooter, and locks it in this time. The Undertaker powers out of the sharpshooter, and Bret is thrown out of the ring! Huge pop form the crowd with that.
The Undertaker signals for the tombstone, but Bret escapes and uses the ring post for a sharpshooter! I don't think I have seen that before. The Undertaker once again powers out of it, and Bret lands on Shawn, who is knocked into the steel rail.
Bret hits 'Taker with a chair while Shawn is still on the outside. Shawn gets back in the ring and notices the chair, and confronts Bret about it. Bret spits in the face of Shawn, who swings the chair at Bret, who moves, and the chair levels The Undertaker. Bret covers and Shawn is forced to count. We have a new WWF Champion!
Great match, with Bret doing a fantastic job, as he always seems to do, against the bigger opponent.

The Undertaker Vs Bret Hart - WWF One Night Only - WWF Title
This is an extra on the first disc, and is from a UK PPV called One Night Only, which was a month after Summerslam I believe.
The match starts similar to their SS match, with The Undertaker dominating Bret. The crowd is pretty mixed here in the UK, with some fans cheering for Bret.
Bret knocks down 'Taker and goes for a sharpshooter, but The Undertaker kicks him off and sits up, and Bret dives towards The Undertaker and hits a clothesline. Now Bret knocks 'Taker out of the ring and into the announcer's table.
Bret jumps off the apron, and The Undertaker catches him, and looks like he is going to ram him into the ring post, but his leg looks to give way and he falls instead (not sure is it was 'Taker selling and injury or if his leg was really hurt).
*After that part, my disc stops working . It looks to have a scratch, so I will have to repair it once I find my disc repair kit...*
'Taker starts to beat down Hart on the outside, hitting numerous punches and a slam on the ramp.
Some great action now back in the ring, with The Undertaker doing the same as SS, targeting the back and using some submission moves. Bret then goes to work on the legs of 'Taker, again like in their SS match. While they use the same "formula" as their SS match, it is by no means the same match. For one, I think having HBK not being the ref changes the entire match.
Bret remains in control for most of the match now, and every time The Undertaker tries to come back, Hart hits his leg, and gains control once again. The fans are constantly changing throughout the match, as sometimes they cheer heavily for 'Taker, and other times they cheer heavily for Bret. It really is strange that Bret was so hated in America, but pretty much everywhere else he was loved.
Great move by Bret, who reverses a leg drop into a sharpshooter! After being in the hold for about a minute, The Undertaker powers out, but unlike SS, Bret comes right back on the attack, and tries to go for it again. The Undertaker reverses it and attempts a chokeslam, which Bret counters with a shot to the leg, but The Undertaker follows that with a big boot and leg drop (I swear I recognise that move set...).
Bret gets the ring bell and tries to hit 'Taker, but The Undertaker boots him in the face, and tries to use the ring bell himself, but the ref stops him. Bret takes advantage of this, and clips the kneww of The Undertaker, and goes back to work on the dead man's leg. The Undertaker powers Bret off his leg and to the outside, where he launches Bret into the steel steps.
The Undertaker works on the back of Bret a little more, but Bret reverses "Old school". Bret and 'Taker both attempt a tombstone, but Bret escapes, only to get caught in the ropes (neck first). The Undertaker begins to beat down Bret while he is in the ropes, and the ref stops the match.
Poor ending, but amazing match, and like a lot of people, I prefer this one to their Summerslam encounter.

Overall Disc Rating: 8/10
Some really great matches on this disc. The first 2 are not that good, but it picks up from there and we get to see 3 matches that are roughly ****, and a very solid big man match at ***1/2. Although my disc seems to be damaged for the second Bret Hart match, I have seen it before and it is a very good match as well, so my memory of it helps the overall disc rating.
*edit following disc repair*
Now we have 3 matches around **** and 1 match at ****1/4, making this first disc pretty damn good to watch.
Disc 2
The Undertaker Vs Shawn Michaels - WWF In Your House: Ground Zero
The match starts with HBK running away and using the ref to hide behind. The Undertaker puts a stop to that, and knocks out the ref. Slaughter comes out and stops Shawn from leaving the match, while The Undertaker checks on the ref, or so we think. As Shawn gets closer to the ring, The Undertaker picks up the ref and launches him over the ropes onto Shawn. They now brawl on the top of the stage, and Michaels gets body press slammed onto the steel.
Perhaps a little overselling from Shawn, as he takes one punch and rolls all the way form the top of the ramp to the ring. When I say perhaps, I mean definitely. When I say a little, I mean a lot . Still, it made The Undertaker look more powerful than ever.
After some more brawling on the outside, 'Taker finally brings the action back into the ring as he continues to dominate HBK.
Another referee comes down to the ring and officially starts the match. Michaels sees that The Undertaker is distracted by the ref, and takes advantage. It's not long before The Undertaker takes back control and begins to dominate once again.
After quite a few minutes of Shawn getting beat down, he brings a chair into the ring, which he is unable to use. The Undertaker tries to use it, but the ref stops him, and Michaels drop kicks 'Taker into the ref, who is down. Shawn manages to take The Undertaker down, and hits a huge elbow from the top rope, which only gets a 2 count.
Rick Rude comes down and gives HBK some brass knucks, and Michaels knocks out The Undertaker, but only gets a 2 count. HHH and Chyna now come down, and 2 more refs end up getting knocked out. Shawn throws the dead man out of the ring to HHH and Chyna, who launch him knee first into the steel steps.
The ref inside the ring wakes up, and Shawn knocks him out again, then goes back to work on The Undertaker. Just as Michaels thinks he has Undertaker beat, The Undertaker comes back, but HHH and Chyna cause a distraction, allowing Shawn to get back in control.
Sweet Chin Music is blocked, and The Undertaker steals the brass knucks from Shawn, and uses them on both Shawn and HHH. The referee, despite everything, still goes for the pinfall, but Shawn kicks out. Because he didn't count to 3, The Undertaker Chokeslams him. This causes another referee to come out and stops the match.
Triple H gets chokeslammed from the outside of the ring all the way onto Shawn who is in the ring, then gets Sweet Chin Music, and is tied up in the ropes.
Now the whole thing turns into a big, crazy, fun brawl. A load of superstars come out to break up the 2 from fighting, and they almost don't manage.
Great match, which most people only seem to remember for the big brawl, but it was much more than that. Great match, and probably one of the best ways to build up to the Hell in a Cell match a month later.

The Undertaker Vs Shawn Michaels - WWF In Your House: Badd Blood - Hell in a Cell Match
*review from my Undertaker: It's My Yard DVD review*
Anyone that knows me knows that I consider this one of the best matches of all time (in WWF/WWE), and it is my personal favourite match ever. This is 30 minutes of pure awesomeness! Both men put on one hell of a show, and make this match the best hell in a cell match of all time IMO. It was the first, and it was the best.
We saw some great in ring action, such as a top rope chokeslam, sweet chin music, chair shots etc. We also see them use the cell walls and the steel steps on the outside, most notably the Piledriver on the steps, which I always love to see. They then get out of the cell and on top, where we see a huge body press slam on the metal roof, and of course we see HBK fall from halfway down the cell through an announcers table. Both men get bloody, with Shawn's being really bad. Towards the end of the match, when he is knocked out (just before Kane comes out), there is literally a pool of blood around Shawn's head from where he is laying on the mat.
Some people don't like the finish, which involves Kane making his debut and interfering, causing The Undertaker to lose. Personally, I thought it was a great ending, as it furthered the feud between Kane and The Undertaker, that had been building up for months, and would continue to build for months before a match takes place. It was also a strong way for The Undertaker to lose, but still put Michaels over, mainly due to his amazing performance in the match.

The Undertaker Vs Kane - WWF WrestleMania XIV
*review from my Undertaker: It's My Yard DVD review*
The first HIAC match I consider the best of the series, and I also consider this match (the first match between The Undertaker and Kane) the best out of the lot.
This was one of the best built up feuds I have ever seen. The match, while it's not a wrestling classic, is one of the best brawls I have seen. Both men are tying to beat the crap out of each other, and pull out some great moves in the process.
Kane was really put over strong in this match, even though he lost! It took 3 tombstones to pin him, and even after the 3rd one he kicked out right after. The tombstone was one of the biggest finishers at the time, so for someone to kick out of it twice, and nearly kick out of it a third time was impressive. Kane was also pretty much dominant throughout the entire match, something that was rare in an Undertaker match. Even after The Undertaker got the win, Kane beat down 'Taker and was the one to walk to the back first, with The Undertaker still laying in the ring.

The Undertaker Vs Kane - WWF Unforgiven 1998 - Inferno Match
*review from my Undertaker: It's My Yard DVD review*
Yet another first! The first HIAC match, the first match between The Undertaker & Kane, and now the first Inferno match!
This match wasn't exactly great, but I guess having the ring surrounded by fire wasn't the best thing to do to get a classic match out of 2 wrestlers lol. It did have some great moments, from the flames jumping up really high when a move like the chokeslam is hit, and the most memorable spot when The Undertaker dove over the ropes and the flames to land on Kane and Vader.

The Undertaker Vs Mankind - WWF King of the Ring 1998 - Hell in a Cell Match
While the HBK/'Taker HIAC was the first and best, this is the most famous. Why? Because one man puts his career and his life on the line to entertain the WWF fans like never before. Mick Foley takes risks that were unheard of in WWF at this point, and have really never been heard of since, unless it included himself (Jeff Hardy has done a few things too).
This is yet another match in one of my favourite feuds, and this marks over 2 years of an on again off again feud between these 2.
The match starts on top of the cell, and I'm sure if you watched it live you probably had a feeling something was going to happen. As they brawl on the top of the cell, they nearly fall through the top due to the weight. The Undertaker fights back against Foley, and then:
"GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY, GOOD GOD ALMIGHTY, THEY'VE KILLED HIM! AS GOD AS MY WITNESS HE IS BROKEN IN HALF"
The Undertaker grabbed Mankind and threw him from the top off the cell to the Spanish announce table 15 feet below. The sound it makes is sick. That one move has to be the most watched in WWF/E history. How Foley was able to move around afterwards and actually continue the match is beyond me (I do believe I have said that about Foley before in my disc 1 review).
The match stops for a few minutes (which is understandable lol), but before Mick is wheeled off the back on a stretcher, he gets up and runs back to the ring, then climbs the cell to once again face The Undertaker! The Undertaker hits a chokeslam, and the cage roof breaks and Foley falls about 13 feet to the hard ring mat! 2 HUGE bumps in a short amount of time, and Mick is continuing the match. AMAZING.
The Undertaker goes for "old school" and Foley actually mounts an offense! The camera zooms in on Foley in the corner, and claim he is smiling, but he has said before that he was actually trying to poke his tongue through the hole in his lip (where a tooth went though). Mankind tries to pick up the ring steps, but he got a dislocated shoulder and can't life them. So what does The Undertaker do? Slams the steel steps into Foley's shoulder, possibly putting it back into place lol
The Undertaker missing with a dive through the ropes, hitting the side of the cell. Now Foley actually has the advantage! A piledriver on a steel chair only gets a 2 for Foley, who starts to punch the open wound of The Undertaker, and leg drops the chair that he placed on top of that wound.
Mankind goes under the ring, and brings out a bad of thumbtacks! Like this match needed anything else! Mankind tries to put Undertaker through the tacks, but is unable. A tombstone attempt is reversed into a Mandible Claw, and nearly gets the win from it. The Undertaker gets out of the Mandible Claw, and stands up with Foley on his back, and falls backwards onto the tacks! Mankind just went back first into the tacks! What more is this guy going to do?
Well, if that wasn't enough, The Undertaker chokeslams him onto the tacks! This is then followed up by a tombstone (not on the tacks, thankfully), and The Undertaker gets the win.
What a violent and entertaining match. There is a reason this is the most famous Hell in a Cell match, and possibly the most famous match of all time. Mick Foley earned the respect of wrestling fans around the world for this match (well, the ones that had not previously seen him in Japan or ECW etc), for putting his body on the line to such lengths just to entertain them. If anyone does not respect Mick Foley for what he did every night to entertain you, the you are an arsehole plain and simple.
My original rating for this match was ***1/2. I always tried to not rate it just based on the 2 bumps and the fact that Foley nearly killed himself, but the fact that the match is so entertaining, and the action that takes place after the bumps is pretty good, I feel I should up my rating.
*edit for Foley DVD review*
I have once again upped the rating of this match, from **** to ****1/4.
Rating: ****1/4
The Undertaker Vs The Rock - WWF King of the Ring 1999 - WWF Title
The referee gets knocked out at the very beginning of this match, and The Rock hits a Rock Bottom, but because there isn't a referee, he can't get the win. The Undertaker gets back up and hits a Chokeslam, and we think its all over, but The Rock kicks out!
Pretty good way to start the match, faced paces and exciting. The match keeps that fast pace for a little longer, as they take the fight out of the ring. Both men get some offense in, but The Undertaker eventually gains control.
Back in the ring, its still all Undertaker, as he continues to beat down The Rock. The Rock then gets in control when he reverses "old school", and the match goes back to the outside, and this time into the crowd. Both men get some blows in on the outside, but its The Rock that is back in control when they return to ringside.
The Rock tries to hit 'Taker with a chair, but The Undertaker blocks it with the ring bell, and the chair bounces off it and into The Rock's face.
More action now in the ring, with The Undertaker remaining in control. The Rock starts to fight back, and both men hit a clothesline at the same time, and a double count out starts.
Both men get up, and The Rock takes it to The Undertaker, countering a tombstone and hitting a DDT. The referee gets knocked down again, and The Rock hits the Peoples Elbow. He makes the cover, but there is no ref. Again.
Low blow from 'Taker, and Paul Bearer hands The Undertaker a cloth filled with Ether, but The Rock gets it and shoves it in the face of the dead man! Triple H runs down and Pedigrees The Rock, leaving both men down and out. The ref wakes up, and another double count out starts. The Undertaker gets up at 9, and goes for a cover, but only gets a 2.
Tombstone from The Undertaker, and its over for The Rock. The Undertaker wins and retains his title.
A solid contest between the 2, which is as good as they ever really do in singles matches. Fun to watch, but could be better.

A GREAT disc. 1 5 star match and multiple 4 star matches make this worth watching for definite. Hell, just the HIAC matches make this worth watching.
Disc 3
The Undertaker Vs Stone Cold Steve Austin - WWF Fully Loaded 1999 - First Blood Match for the WWF Title
The match starts with The Undertaker attacking Austin as he makes his way to the ring. Austin tries to hit 'Taker with the belt, but The Undertaker dodges, and tries to re-open a cut on Austin that he had caused earlier in the night. Austin was trying to do the same to 'Taker, who he had also attacked earlier in the night.
They continue to brawl at ringside and out in the crowd. At one point The Undertaker throws the steel steps at Austin's head, but he manages to dodge them and they nearly hit some of the fans.
The Undertaker keeps trying to rip out the stitches in Austin's head, but Austin starts to gain momentum by attacking 'Taker's legs. This part makes no sense to me. Shouldn't Austin be going after 'Taker's head? I know that attacking his legs would keep him down so you can try and bust him open without him defending himself much, but surely all of that time could have been spent going for the head and trying to make him bleed?
The Undertaker makes a short come back following the attack on his legs, and nearly busts Austin open as he swings a chair around madly trying to nail Austin. Austin hits a drop toe hold and 'Taker lands on the steel steps, and Austin repeatedly smashes 'Taker's head onto it, but does not bust him open.
Austin looks to have a chance to bust 'Taker open, but Shane McMahon comes out and takes the hit for him, allowing The Undertaker to once again have control of the match.
The ref gets knocked out (which seems to happen a lot on this DVD lol), and X-Pac comes out, kicking a chair into the face of 'Taker, which is followed up with a shot to the head with a TV camera. The Undertaker is bleeding! The ref doesn't see it straight away, until The Undertaker turns around while trying to Tombstone Austin.
Well, it was an ok match, but strangely enough I prefer their Backlash 2002 match, which I know a lot of people hate. I would have much preferred either their Summerslam 98 match or their match from A Cold Day in Hell 1997.

The Undertaker Vs Triple H - WWF WrestleMania X-7
*review from my WM 17 DVD review*
Did anyone else find it weird that Triple H, the heel, had his theme song played live, where The Undertaker, who was the home town boy, didn't? Still, I can't complain too much, as I love Motorhead!
It was their first singles PPV match together, and this was the match that made me stay up till the early hours of the morning to watch WrestleMania X7. I could have just gone to bed, as I was taping it anyway, and I had school in the morning, but no. I wanted to watch this match live dammit! So I did, and I wasn't disappointed.
The match started off as a brawl, then moved on to a normal wrestling match, then (after the ref got knocked out), turned into one huge brawl! We saw steel chair shots, sledgehammer shots, and a Chokeslam from some scaffolding. True, Triple H had a relatively soft landing, but it still looked sick and the crowd went nuts. The Undertaker, even after being busted open from a sledgehammer shot, would not be denied another WrestleMania victory, and beat Triple H with the Last Ride.
With this win, The Undertaker was now 9-0 at WrestleMania. Wow, was it really that long ago?

The Undertaker Vs Hulk Hogan - WWE Judgment Day 2002 - WWE Undisputed Title
Before the match starts, The Undertaker begins to beat Hogan with his own weight lifting belt. Hogan manages to take the belt away from him, and returns the favour. The ref finally gets control, and with the belt out of the ring the match officially begins.
Some brawling from both men for a few minutes, and then what's this? A superplex, from Hogan? Yes, its true!
Hogan stays in control for a short time, then 'Taker takes it to Hogan. Hogan eventually starts to Hulk up and hits the leg drop, but The Undertaker kicks out! Hogan hits the leg drop again, but Vince mcMahon has the ref distracted. Hogan deals with him, but ends up getting a chair shot to the back, and a chokeslam. 1...2...3. We have a NEW Undisputed Champion! This marks the second title win The Undertaker has had by beating Hulk Hogan.
Well, the match wasn't fantastic, but it wasn't awful either. It was sort of in between. I love the celebration afterwards, with The Undertaker demanding the ref to put the belt on him, then he brings back the steel chair and drives it into the throat of "the immortal" Hulk Hogan.

The Undertaker Vs Brock Lesnar - WWE No Mercy 2002 - Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Title
This is an amazing match. The second best HIAC match IMO, and it is only just behind the first one for me. It is a bloody, emotional battle that really put Brock Lesnar on the map and didn't do a damn thing to hurt the credibility of The Undertaker.
They do not leave the cell once in this match, and the reason is that they did not need to. They didn't need to fall through the cell roof, or fall from the top of the cell through a table or anything like that to help make it a classic. They simply needed to stay in the ring and try to kill each other, and that is exactly what they did.
Lesnar throws pretty much everything he has at 'Taker, but can't finish him off. The Undertaker does the same, and Brock just won't die.
The Undertaker wrestled most of the match in a cast, as he had his hand broken in the build up to the match. Apparently, the injury was legit, which is why they inserted it into the storyline. The Undertaker does a great job of selling the injury in the early part of the match, but as time goes on he seems to forget he has the injury. That is really the only thing wrong with this match.
The end comes when 'Taker tries a tombstone, Lesnar reverses into a tombstone position, then powers him onto his shoulders and hits the F-5 for the 3 count.
This is a must watch match for wrestling fans IMO.

The Undertaker Vs John Cena - WWE Vengeance 2003
Old school Vs new school is the best way to describe this match. John Cena had been on the WWE roster for just over a year, and was trying to make a name for himself, and going after The Undertaker was a way of doing that.
The early part of this match is all Undertaker. He is just brawling with Cena, both inside and outside of the ring. He hits one of my favourite Undertaker moves pretty early on too, and that's the Leg drop on the apron.
Cena tries to get a few shots in, but The Undertaker just dismisses him and throws him out of the ring. When he brings him back in, he hits "old school", and then a chokeslam! The Undertaker makes a cover, but lifts Cena off the mat before a 3 count, and goes for the Last Ride. Cena counters and levels The Undertaker with a DDT. Seems that The Undertaker should have ended the match when he had the chance.
Instead of following up on the DDT, Cena takes off a corner pad, and The Undertaker runs shoulder first into it. Cena now targets the ribs of The Undertaker (but why not the shoulder he just injured???), and causes The Undertaker to "bleed internally".
The Undertaker battles back, and Cena holds his own. When the ref is distracted, Cena uses his chain and hits the already injured ribs of The Undertaker. Cena sets 'Taker up for the F-U, and hits it! The Undertaker manages to kick out though, causing Cena to get pissed and mount The Undertaker, punching him in the head repeatedly in the corner. Cena taunts the fans, and The Undertaker hits a Last Ride for the win.
A decent match, and probably Cena's best match at the time.

The Undertaker Vs Vince McMahon - WWWE Survivor Series - Buried Alive Match
Essentially a squash match for the most part, with The Undertaker slowly beating the living hell out of the owner of the company. Vince is bleeding badly, and The Undertaker is trying to kill him. The, just as The Undertaker is about to win the match and bury Vince McMahon alive, Kane makes an appearance and screws The Undertaker, burying him alive!
Not a great match, and I feel it was ONLY done as a build up to bringing back the dead man character for WrestleMania XX.

The Undertaker Vs Kane - WWE WrestleMania XX
*review from my WM XX DVD review*
This was THE match I was most looking forward to seeing. It was the return on The Undertaker, and the return of the Deadman gimmick. Like most of the feuds on this PPV, it really began to build at the Royal Rumble, when we heard the gong, and someone was able to eliminate Kane. From then on, creepy videos and lots of weird things were happening to Kane, and they were all leading up to the return of The Undertaker at WrestleMania.
Not only did we see the return of The Undertaker, but we got to see the return of Paul Bearer! It was a great feeling watching it live, and although many fans were disappointed because The Undertaker was still pretty much dressed as the ABA but with a hat and coat, I was loving every single second. I wasn't the only one loving it either, as the crowd at MSG were going CRAZY!
The match itself has been said to be pretty crap, but I disagree with anyone who thinks that. True, I could be blinded by the fact that The Undertaker is my all time favourite, but I still think the match was decent. It wasn't anywhere near as good as their WrestleMania 14 match, but I enjoy watching it.

The Undertaker Vs Kurt Angle - WWE Smackdown 2003 - WWE Undisputed Title
Personally I think it's amazing. Great stuff from both men, such as Angle reversing a leg drop into an ankle lock, a Last Ride into a sunset flip then into an ankle lock, and a big boot into an ankle lock. The Undertaker also did some reversals of his own, such as the ankle lock into an arm bar, and an ankle lock into a triangle choke. One bit I really liked, was when 'Taker was hitting Angle with elbows to the face while Angle is half in and half out of the ring. The ref wants 'Taker to come back into the ring, so he nods his head and says yeah, then turns to the crowd and had a huge smirk on his face, then walks over to Angle and hits a leg drop. It may not have been much, but I really enjoyed it lol.
The only thing that ruins the match is the ending, which sees Lesnar interfere and beat down both men with a chair.
Rating: ****1/2
Overall Disc Rating: 7/10
2 matches over 4 stars, and 1 ****3/4 match that could quite easily be 5 stars make this a great disc, but the other matches bring the overall rating down.
Overall DVD Rating: 8/10
A tremendous DVD set that wrestling fans really need to have in their collection. A great number of matches at **** or over, and a ***** match make it one of the best Individual sets I own (though I don't have many lol), and it is certainly my favourite.
I do think the set could have been better though. They could have had a much better Austin match instead of the Fully Loaded one, and I think the Vengeance Triple Threat would have been a great addition, instead of say, the Cena match.
Either way, this is a must own set for 'Taker fans, and even for fans that aren't too high on 'Taker, as the quality of matches is pretty damn good.
*Interesting note, I watched and reviewed this entire DVD set in 1 day! Over 9 hours of footage in just 1 day, and reviews for all 3 discs!*
